Reservations
We recommend that spa appointments be made in advance in order to ensure time and therapist availability. Please make your requests then for a male or female therapists and specific services. Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid charges for cancelled services.

How to Prepare for your massage
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow ample time to check in, slip into a robe, and unwind in our relaxation lounge. While lockers are provided, we recommend leaving valuables at home. Please inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, pregnant or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated. Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists use modest draping techniques to ensure that your comfort is always maintained.

SWEDISH MASSAGE 

A gentle massage that incorporates light to medium pressure to increase circulation and promote relaxation. A swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases tension, and improves the circulation in the body.

A therapeutic, full body massage for individuals who prefer deeper pressure. This massage is targeted towards structural injuries, overuse injuries and repetitive stress.

HOT STONE 

Experience the ultimate feeling of stress and muscle tension melting away with a hot stone therapy massage. Therapist uses warm stones and oil to massage the body, Heated stones are applied to specific points on the spine to enhance and improve energy flow. Hot stone therapy massage combines warm stones with a relaxing massage to aide in easing sore and tense muscles, relieving pain from injuries, and helps with relaxation.

FOOT MASSAGE

Restore energy to tired feet and legs with this revitalizing treatment. A great addition to any massage – a must for feet in need of a treat! This foot massage includes and 10 minute soak with a 20 minute reflexology massage, or a 15 minute soak and a 45 reflexology massage.

Thai massage combines delightful assisted stretches, pressure points, and dynamic lengthening of your muscles for a relaxing, yet energizing experience.  It is done without oils on a floor mat in the beautiful pagodas. Loose clothing is worn by the guest during the treatment.

Designed for all types of athletes, a sports massage can help you to optimize performance or recover from a previous sports injury. This concentrated deep tissue massage is a combination of techniques including Swedish, Thai, Tui Nia, Acupressure and Neuromuscular massage to restore balance and relieve pain throughout the body.
